Ordering, Processing & Shipping
The shop does not accept returns or exchanges. Should there be as issue with your order after arrival, please contact us. Aethyr Art does not accept responsibility for lost packages. An investigation should be opened up with the United States Postal Service.
Please double check and confirm your contact info and address are correct at checkout. If you realize your information is wrong after ordering, be sure to contact us as soon as possible for it to be corrected. Packages returned due to incorrect shipping information are not eligible for refund. Re-shipment is available at customer request, at an additional fee and a shipping re-charge.
Order processing time (the time it takes to make, pack and drop off your order at the post office!) is a maximum of 7 days, and is subject to change depending on order volume. Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they have not been dropped off at the post office.
All packages are sent via USPS first class mail. Aethyr Art is pleased to offer competitive discounted rates to its customers. You will receive notification when a tracking number becomes available. We ship to the 50 United States.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding materials used in any of our jewelry pieces. Aethyr Art stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship and authenticity of our materials. Many of our pieces consist of thrifted, upcycled, and repurposed materials.
Jewelry care instructions will vary based on materials used. Each listing is equipped with tailored jewelry care instructions. Caring for crystal jewelry will be specific to the type of crystal, as all crystals have varying hardness, sunlight sensitivity, and reactiveness. Don't hesitate to contact us with any specific questions regarding the care of your newly beloved piece!
